This show started as an updated "X-files" with a rather serious tone, but midway through season 2 it found its form and became this crazy, unpredictable tounge-in-cheek sci-fi show. And I love it for it.
The characters are great and the its`s well made, but I agree with Betamonk, the show is uneven. Walter Bishop is fantasctic.
